Referrals

All referrals made by Local Authorities, NHS Foundation Trusts, hospitals, third sector organisations, or private agencies to our services/programmes are subject to a referral and service fee. Upon acceptance of a referral, the referring organisation will be responsible for payment of the agreed referral fee and the full cost of the commissioned service or care package. Fees will be confirmed in writing prior to commencement of support, and services will begin only once funding approval or a formal purchase order has been received. By submitting a referral, the referring organisation acknowledges and accepts financial responsibility for the agreed costs.
